The presence of a third-party name in this notice does not necessarily mean that the relevant service is active on every page of the Website.

The following services may be used on the Website. TForge must remove any service from this section if it is not active.

7.1 Wix

The Website is built or hosted using Wix. Wix may use essential and other cookies to support Website security, page delivery, session management, Website functionality, forms, consent preferences, analytics and other Wix services enabled by TForge. Wix may process technical information such as IP address, device information, browser information, session information and Website interactions.

7.2 Wix Analytics

Wix Analytics may be used to provide aggregated information about Website traffic and visitor behaviour, including page views, traffic sources, visitor sessions, devices, general geographic areas and Website interactions.

7.3 Google Analytics

Where enabled, Google Analytics may help TForge understand how visitors interact with the Website. Information processed may include IP or device-related information, browser information, pages visited, session duration, referring pages, approximate location, Website events and campaign information. TForge should configure Google Analytics in a privacy-conscious manner, including appropriate retention and consent settings.

7.4 Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager may be used to manage Website tags and scripts. It itself primarily manages the deployment of tags. The individual tags managed through it may collect information for analytics, advertising, CRM, conversion measurement or other purposes. The use of Google Tag Manager does not remove TForge’s obligation to ensure that individual tags are correctly categorised and do not activate before the appropriate visitor choice.

7.5 Microsoft Clarity

Where enabled, Microsoft Clarity may help TForge understand how visitors use the Website through tools such as session insights, heatmaps and interaction analysis. Information processed may include mouse movements, clicks or taps, scrolling, page navigation, device information, browser information and Website interaction patterns. TForge should configure masking and privacy settings so that sensitive form information is not unnecessarily captured.

7.6 LinkedIn Insight Tag

Where enabled, the LinkedIn Insight Tag may be used to measure LinkedIn advertising campaigns, understand Website conversions, generate Website audience information, support retargeting and obtain aggregated professional or demographic insights. LinkedIn may receive information relating to a visitor’s device, browser, IP address, Website activity and LinkedIn account where applicable.

7.7 Meta Pixel

Where enabled, the Meta Pixel may be used to measure Facebook or Instagram advertising, track conversions, create advertising audiences, support retargeting and improve campaign performance. Meta may receive device, browser and Website interaction information and may associate it with an account where applicable.

7.8 HubSpot or CRM tracking

Where enabled, HubSpot or another CRM platform may use cookies and tracking technologies to record Website visits, associate visits with known business contacts, measure lead activity, support forms, manage communication preferences, improve customer engagement and report on marketing performance. A visitor may become identifiable to TForge where Website activity is linked to information submitted through a form, email interaction or other business communication.

7.9 Embedded video and media

The Website may contain content embedded from platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo. These providers may place cookies or collect device and interaction information when the content is loaded or played. Where technically possible, TForge may delay non-essential embedded content until the visitor has made the relevant cookie choice.

Visitors should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive or confidential information through public chat functions.

14.2 Persistent cookies

Persistent cookies remain on your device for a defined period or until you delete them. The exact duration depends on the purpose of the cookie, TForge’s configuration, the relevant service provider, your browser settings, and whether you withdraw or renew consent.

TForge will periodically review cookie durations and should avoid retaining cookie information for longer than reasonably necessary.

TForge should maintain a current cookie list based on an actual scan of the live Website. The following table may be used as a starting format:

This table must be updated to reflect the actual cookies found on the published Website. Generic provider descriptions should not be treated as a substitute for an accurate Website cookie audit.

Where available through the Website platform, TForge may record cookie choices to demonstrate that a visitor accepted, rejected or configured particular cookie categories. A consent record may include a consent or preference identifier, date and time of the choice, IP address, cookie categories accepted or rejected, consent version, and technical device or browser information.

TForge may share or permit access to cookie information with Website hosting and platform providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, CRM and marketing providers, cloud service providers, IT and cybersecurity providers, professional advisers, service providers acting on TForge’s instructions, law-enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required, and other parties involved in a lawful corporate transaction.

We do not authorise service providers to use information contrary to their agreed role or applicable law.

TForge applies reasonable technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information collected through the Website. These may include access controls, restricted administrative permissions, authentication controls, secure connections, vendor management, security monitoring, configuration reviews, data minimisation and incident-response procedures.

No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The Website is primarily intended for business and enterprise users and is not designed to collect personal information from children through advertising or analytics activities.

A child should not submit personal information through the Website without the involvement and authorisation of a parent, guardian or other legally competent person where required.

If TForge becomes aware that information relating to a child has been collected improperly, it will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law.

TForge may update this Cookie Notice to reflect changes to the Website, new technologies or service providers, changes to cookie practices, legal or regulatory developments, changes to TForge products or services, or improvements to privacy governance.

The revised notice will be published on the Website with an updated “Last updated” date. Where a change materially affects cookie choices, TForge may request visitors to make a new selection.
